We are the sole owners of the information collected by us. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. On-line Payments

We request information from you for on-line payments. To make a payment, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Storage

Refunds will only be done on pre-paid full months for storage rentals.  No refunds for partial month rent or administration fees will be made.  In the event of unit transfers, both units' rent will be prorated, any unused rent payment from move out unit will be credited to the new unit.

Wholesale Retail Sales

On all moving boxes & packing supplies full refunds will be made on returns of unused items that are still in saleable condition accompanied with the original sales receipt.  Defective items will be refunded or exchange for equal or greater value at our dicression.  Any bulk orders where some portion is returned, the amount of the discount will be subtracted from the refunded amount.  All refunds, returns or exchanges need to be made within 60 days of purchase with original reciept.
